A brand new modern restaurant, a project to replicate in other locations, and a team of four people searching for a leader to lead them. We are looking for an Italian cuisine head chef with a strong personality and creative ideas to help us design a new menu. A leader who understands how to organise a kitchen and manage a workforce while maintaining high levels of cleanliness and service. A chef who wants to collaborate with management to develop something unique. Louis Earlsfield, a new restaurant opening in September 2023, is looking for a Head Chef who can be in charge of a brand new kitchen and build a successful team. Must have at least 5 years of familiarity with Italian food. Must be able to manage a team of 6-10 persons. Must be able to keep and manage stocks while also scheduling weekly orders. Monday through Sunday, lunch and dinner service, 48 hours a week, 2 days off, paid overtime. The salary will be decided depending on experience following a trial shift. Must have up-to-date CV. About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated Chef looking into progress into a more senior role to support our kitchen team.
