Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees as needed. Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. The successful applicant will need excellent inter-personal skills to deal with people who are ofter stressed because of some property misdemeanour. A general common-sense understanding of what trades are required to attend to what problems would also be desirable. Supportive, understanding and with an ability to follow things throough to a successful conclusion are important. Later in the role, there will be a requirement to visit tenants' properties when tenancies end and record the condition of the property, furnishings etc.
