The company now added "Menorca Yacht Broker (MYB)" to its portfolio as a luxury yacht brokerage specializing in representing iconic Italian yacht brands, including Ferretti Yachts, Pershing, Itama, and Riva, in the picturesque setting of Menorca. MYB prides itself on its expertise in providing premium yachting solutions to clients, ensuring excellent service and a seamless experience. The company is building the capabilities around brokerage which includes a modern luxurious retail space with an upmarket italian Bistro. Role Description We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Intern to join on-site in Mahón or remote. The intern will support in executing various activities such as establishing a new E-mail marketing tool, social media processes, implementing a new CRM tool and polishing the web-site. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the luxury yacht industry while contributing to the brand’s success. Qualifications • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to meet client needs and maintain professional relationships, • Command of Google Workspace applications such as Sheets, • Knowledge or interest in Sales practices and Sales Management processes, • Willingness to receive Training and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities, • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively within a team, • Proficiency in digital marketing tools or languages such as Spanish is a plus
