ph3Job Description Summary /h3 pWe are looking for a Business Analyst to support the MMS EMEA organization by developing and automating dashboards and reports, integrating data sources, and driving analytics that enable strategic decisions. Expertise in Power BI is essential, along with strong analytical and data management skills. Experience in pricing and business intelligence is a plus but not mandatory. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams across EMEA and help standardize reporting processes to monitor performance and drive business results. /p h3Job Description /h3 h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain reporting tools and processes to enhance visibility and management of the MMS Hospital EMEA business (e.g. tracking and performance, trends, market data and insights, leading indicators, country dashboards, etc.) /li liWork closely with the EMEA hub and regional leaders to define reporting, analytics, and operating models that enable decision making and strong business performance /li liWork closely with other analysts across EMEA to drive standardization in processes, where possible /li liCollaborate with the finance organization to support regular business review, drive forecasting processes and forecast accuracy, support budgeting processes, etc. /li liAutomate reports and streamline data processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across EMEA /li /ul h3Skills And Competencies /h3 ul liExpertise in Power BI for building, automating, and optimizing dashboards and reports. /li liExperience with data integration and process automation (e.g., connecting multiple data sources, APIs). /li liStrong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting. /li liFamiliarity with ETL processes, data modeling, and data governance principles. /li liKnowledge of Power Query and DAX for advanced data manipulation. /li liStrong analytical and data management skills. /li liGood planning and organization skills (project management) /li liProcess driven with focus on delivering results /li liExperience building strong relationships with cross functional and cross cultural teams /li liGood written and verbal communication skills (including presentations) /li /ul h3We are the makers of possible /h3 pBD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world.
