Customer Service Agent – Portuguese Market Spain | Remote We are currently collaborating with an international company specialized in customer protection solutions, looking for Portuguese-speaking professionals for a customer service and retention position focused on the Portuguese market. Main responsibilities include customer support via phone and email, retention activities and cross-selling within an established B2C environment. What is offered: • Permanent contract, • Remote model within mainland Spain or hybrid in Madrid, • Attractive compensation package ~€21,800–22,000 annual fixed compensation package + sales incentives, • Restaurant ticket and additional benefits, • Work equipment provided + additional ergonomic allowance, • International working environment, • No cold calling – focus on existing customers and retention Working hours: • 39 hours per week, • Rotating shifts between Monday and Saturday, • Start times between 10:00 and 14:00, • Maximum 1–2 Saturdays per month (with an additional day off the following week) Requirements: • Portuguese (C2/C1)and English (B2), • Previous experience in customer service, telesales, retention or call center environments, • Comfortable working with KPIs and targets, • Currently based in Spain
