We are seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive long-term partnerships within our Sweet Flavours Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing significant client portfolios, including regional and global accounts. They will work closely with the Commercial Director to define commercial strategies for customers and develop Accounts Plans that involve non-sales resources. • Client Relationship Management: Manage a substantial portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships., • Commercial Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Commercial Director to define and implement commercial strategies for key clients., • Account Planning: Develop comprehensive Accounts Plans that align with customer needs and business objectives., • Sales Budgeting and Forecasting: Establish sales budgets and update forecasts on a monthly basis., • Commercial Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up on commercial matters, addressing any issues promptly., • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, food technology, business administration, or related field (Master's preferred)., • Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in B2B sales and account management within the sweet flavours industry., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills., • Fluent in Spanish and English; French language is an asset.
