ph3Job Overview /h3pThe Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for processing and generating customer invoices and autonomously handling the Accounts Receivable Process. /pulliProcess and generate invoices based on customer contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed terms. /liliCreating and maintaining customer billing information in NetSuite based on customer contracts. /liliAutonomously lead the company's credit collection process for assigned clients, coordinating with the rest of the team to ensure consistent communication and follow-up with outstanding accounts. /liliAnalyzes and resolves collection issues by examining customer payment plans, payment history, and credit lines. /liliReconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted. /liliInvestigate discrepancies in account balances and implement corrective measures promptly. /liliManage revenue reconciliation, deferrals, and accruals. /liliConduct detailed and accurate reports for the Business team as well as for the Finance team. /liliCash In monthly forecasting reporting to provide insights into cash flow and receivables performance. /liliAssist the Accounting Controlling team in the monthly accounting closing process, ensuring all accounts receivable activities are completed accurately and on time. /li /ulh3About You /h3pWho You Are: /pulliFluent in English and French, any additional language is a plus. /lili4+ years of experience in the same role with similar responsibilities. /liliGood communication and negotiation skills. /liliExcellent team player. /liliProficient in MS-Excel / G-Sheet. /liliProactive and able to work autonomously. /liliWorking knowledge of NetSuite or Salesforce. /li /ulpWe value diverse perspectives and recognize that skills and experiences can be gained in various ways.
