About the Role We are looking for a Client Development Manager, Private Banking to own the end-to-end relationship with our agency partners and high-value creators. This role combines white-glove client service with commercial ownership, ensuring clients are successfully onboarded, deeply engaged with the platform, and continuously expanding their use of MAKE. You will act as a trusted advisor and relationship owner, balancing exceptional service with a proactive approach to client growth. What You’ll Do Client Onboarding & Activation • Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients (agencies and creators), • Guide clients through KYC/KYB processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience, • Act as primary contact during account setup, • Reduce onboarding friction and improve activation rates Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and creators, • Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style service aligned with Private Banking standards, • Serve as an advisor on how to best use the MAKE platform, • Maintain regular communication through Telegram, WhatsApp and phone calls Client Education & Enablement • Educate clients on platform functionality, features and best practices, • Support clients in optimizing their financial operations using MAKE, • Deliver tailored onboarding sessions and walkthroughs Growth & Commercial Development • Identify opportunities to expand client usage and increase account value, • Drive retention, engagement and revenue growth, • Collaborate with internal teams to support client growth initiatives, • Spot trends and provide feedback to product and leadership teams Product Feedback • Share insights on client needs, pain points and feature requests, • Support rollout and adoption of new features and product updates Experience & Background • 2–5+ years in account management, client success, private banking, or sales, • Experience managing high-value clients or VIP relationships, • Background in fintech, creator economy, SaaS or digital platforms is a plus, • Banking experience is a distinct advantage, • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities, • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, • Ability to handle sensitive client situations with professionalism and discretion What’s in it for You • Competitive compensation package with potential for bonus / stock options., • Relocation opportunity to the Canary Islands (Tenerife) with a comprehensive relocation package, including admin and visa support for candidates moving from abroad., • Collaborative, fast-paced startup culture - work directly with founders and senior leadership., • The chance to define compliance in one of fintech’s most exciting frontiers - the Creator Economy.
