Intracon Consulting is a 360º HR consultancy office made up of expert professionals in this field, with more than 10 years of experience with clients such as Hewlett-Packard (HP). The company is part of Intracon Spain, along with Intracon Marketing Solutions: a global agency that helps B2B companies achieve their goals with creative Marketing and Sales solutions. We are looking for a Translation Project Manager to join our team and provide support to the Marketing team of a division of one of our main clients, the multinational technology company HP (Hewlett-Packard). 🔎About the role: As Translation Project Manager, you will act as the bridge between the Marketing team and external translation vendors. You will ensure that all marketing assets for the Large Format Printing division are translated and localized into the required languages, delivered on time, and meet the expected quality standards. You will also manage localization requests, monitor workflows, and coordinate with stakeholders to guarantee alignment and efficiency throughout the localization process. • Dedication: 30 hours/week, • Working model: Hybrid, • Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès, • Project length: 1 year expected, extendable 💼 Main responsibilities: • Coordinate with external translation vendors to ensure all marketing assets are delivered in the required languages, on time and at the expected quality., • Manage and prioritize localization requests from the Marketing team., • Monitor the localization workflow to ensure smooth and efficient operations., • Liaise with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on priorities., • Support budget tracking and cost control for localization projects., • Review translated assets for quality, consistency, and accuracy before delivery., • Identify opportunities for process improvement and share best practices with the team. 🎓Background & Skills: • Proven experience in project management, ideally in translation, localization, or marketing asset management., • Familiarity with working with external vendors and coordinating multiple simultaneous projects., • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, able to manage deadlines and workflows efficiently., • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus., • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency., • Comfortable using project management or workflow tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)., • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, dynamic environment. ➡️What we offer: • Good working environment 👌, • Multicultural and dynamic team 🌎, • Free language courses with native speaker teachers 💬, • Monthly individual one-to-one follow up 🗣️, • Fun & wellbeing activities (teambuildings, paddle tournament) 🎾, • Intracon benefits (discounts on health insurance, sport centers and more) 🌍 Diversity & Inclusion at Intracon We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
