CV must be in English to be considered.- Keeps up to date on new changes on the web and actively reads various blogs.- Professional, reliable and solid work ethic.- Detail‑oriented.- Self‑motivated.- Dedication to quality and a high level of follow‑through.- Focuses on problem solving in a proactive and professional manner.- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data‑driven decisions.- Ability to meet deadlines.Responsibilities- Conduct research to establish a solid understanding of the client's business objectives and propose solutions and strategies that meet their needs and drive success on the web.- Generate and provide resources to educate clients on the value of digital marketing strategies and the actions involved in achieving their goals.- Identify digital marketing opportunities for clients and lead testing processes.- Manage the ideation, planning and execution efforts of special CRO projects (e.G., design specifications, freelance contributions).- Conduct A/B testing, website usability and website conversion rate analysis.- Interpret web analytics, demographics, market research and buyer behaviours in relation to CRO efforts. Generate and execute strategies based on findings.- Produce monthly reports on digital marketing campaigns.- Fix technical problems in the backend of websites.Percentage breakdown- 5% – analysing customer competition- 5% – working on the backend of websites / troubleshooting technical problems- 10% – external resource management for CRO projects (i.E., freelancers)- 10% – creating reports for client campaigns- 25% – customer strategy and analysis- 30% – conducting and analysing A/B tests and other assessmentsTrainingOur marketing and design training programme is offered to new Zapiplay family members.Growth opportunitiesMerit‑based promotion opportunities.
