Como Embajador/a de Marca, serás el/la representante de una marca de prestigio del mundo de la cosmética. Tu principal misión será ofrecer una experiencia personalizada a cada cliente, destacando los beneficios y cualidades de los productos de la marca, mientras impulsas las ventas y fomentas la fidelización de clientes. ** Responsabilidades clave:** - Asesoramiento especializado: Brindar una atención personalizada a los clientes, recomendando productos adaptados a sus necesidades. - Demostraciones de productos: Realizar demostraciones de productos enfocadas en tratamientos de piel, explicando sus beneficios y cómo utilizarlos correctamente. - Impulsar ventas: Identificar clientes potenciales, fomentar nuevas oportunidades de venta y generar relaciones de confianza. - Promover la imagen de la marca: Asegurar que los productos estén bien exhibidos y en óptimas condiciones, y transmitir siempre una imagen positiva de la marca. - Gestión de inventario y seguimiento de ventas: Monitorear el inventario y reportar el rendimiento de las ventas para garantizar la disponibilidad de los productos. Would you like to contribute to this as Regional Manager in the South of Spain? We are looking for a dynamic, versatile manager, who is eager to join the Xior Family. You will be responsible for several residences in Sevilla, Granada and Malaga. Your responsibilities: Student Satisfaction: - Improvement of the customer experience in the residence of the assigned region through a customer journey plan (student interaction, student survey score, google reviews and assure quick responses on a timely manner in all residences among others). - Implement operational processes and standards in the residences in line with Xior policies. Building value: - Cooperate with Residence Managers to keep the best-in-class building through cleaning and maintenance plans (CAPEX forms, follow up maintenance certifications and small repairs). - Follow up the day-to-day operations in the residences of the region. Operational Excellence: - Cooperate with Residence Managers to achieve the BP occupancy & revenue levels improving the sales and marketing of the residences, online and offline. - Follow up the invoicing and rent collection in a timely manner from the residences. - Cost control and P&L analysis monthly together with the Residence Mgr and Operational Mgr. - Define the yearly Business Plan together with Ops and Finance Mgrs. - Weekly and monthly reporting of KPI’s to the Ops Mgr Spain.
