✨ About The Reform Studio A new kind of Pilates Reformer & Strength Functional Studio is opening in El Cabanyal, Valencia, on December 1st 💫 At The Reform Studio, our focus is on movement, strength, and longevity — creating a welcoming space where Pilates meets functional training. Our small-group classes (6 reformer beds per session) are designed to help people move better, feel stronger, and build long-term wellness. We’re now building our founding team of instructors who want to grow with us and be part of this exciting new concept in the heart of Cabanyal. 💪 Position: Pilates Reformer Instructor We’re looking for motivated, passionate Pilates Reformer Instructors to lead small group classes in a supportive, high-quality environment. Classes will be offered in English and Spanish, and we welcome both experienced instructors and newly certified teachers with strong communication and teaching skills. 🎯 Responsibilities • Teach small-group Reformer Pilates classes (max. 6 clients)., • Provide clear guidance and hands-on adjustments tailored to individual needs., • Create a welcoming, motivating atmosphere aligned with our studio’s values., • Support clients of all levels and ensure safe, effective movement practices., • Contribute ideas to class planning, programming, and scheduling as we grow., • Maintain studio tidiness and equipment setup before/after classes. 🧘 Requirements ✅ Certified in Pilates Reformer (recognized training program — international certificates welcome). ✅ Comfortable teaching in English and/or Spanish (bilingual a plus). ✅ Reliable, punctual, and passionate about helping clients progress safely. ✅ Legally eligible to work in Spain. ⏰ Working Hours • Part-time, flexible hours based on your availability., • We plan to have 2–3 instructors sharing the full weekly timetable., • Each instructor’s hours will be agreed individually, typically 8–20 hours/week., • Morning, midday, and evening blocks available. 💶 Compensation • €15–€21 per hour, depending on experience and the type of arrangement (autónomo or payroll)., • We are ideally looking to collaborate with instructors as autónomos (self-employed professionals), paid per class/hour taught., • For the right candidates, and if salary terms are mutually agreed, we are open to offering a payroll contract., • Opportunities to increase hours and rate as class demand grows after launch. 📍 Location The Reform Studio C/ Mediterrania 7, Bajo Izquierda – El Cabanyal, Valencia 📩 How to Apply Apply via our Linktree page: or send your CV and a short introduction to 🗣️ You can apply in English or Spanish — we’re working to make The Reform Studio fully bilingual (English | Spanish). 🌿 Join us at The Reform Studio • Help us build a new community space for mindful movement, strength, and longevity — right in the heart of Cabanyal.
