Como Jefe/a de Ventas, serás responsable de supervisar todas las operaciones relacionadas con la comercialización de vehículos usados, asegurando que se cumplan los objetivos de ventas y que se mantenga un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente. Responsabilidades: • Gestionar y supervisar el equipo de ventas del concesionario., • Desarrollar estrategias para incrementar las ventas y la rentabilidad del concesionario., • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales y financieros del concesionario., • Ofrecer atención y asesoramiento a los clientes en tienda., • Gestionar la atención telefónica conforme a los estándares de calidad de la empresa., • Realizar el seguimiento y fidelización de clientes., • Ofrecer asesoramiento sobre las opciones de financiación disponibles a los clientes.
