Are you passionate about fashion and great customer service? We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Sales Assistant to join one of our clothing stores located in Puerto Banús.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Deliver an exceptional customer experience, focused on building customer loyalty. 2. Restock, fold, clean, and organize the store on a daily basis. 3. Display merchandise according to company visual guidelines. 4. Occasionally go to the central warehouse to receive goods, open boxes, and label items. 5. Follow the company’s policies and work standards. 6. Understand the features and benefits of our products and use them in sales arguments. 7. Identify and understand our customers’ needs to offer suitable solutions. 8. Be able to answer questions and resolve customer concerns effectively. 9. Flexible availability, including night shifts during the summer season. What We Offer:
