We believe in more than just work — we believe in making a difference for our customers to building a better tomorrow. /p pSay Hi! to your next challenge — explore the opportunity and apply below! /p h3Your mission /h3 pAs part of the Model of Excellence (MoE) team, the Model of Excellence Deployment Lead will lead site deployment, cross-functional strategic projects, and continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, efficiency, and key financial metrics. You will also serve as a technical expert, coordinating accredited MoE training while coaching and mentoring stakeholders across all levels of the organization. /p h3This position can be based in Zaragoza, Spain or Stargard, Poland. The position is fully on site. /h3 h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liActively manage the site’s MoE deployment and improvement priorities in alignment with MoE standards, in collaboration with Site Leadership. /li liEnsure alignment with MoE maturity and calibration criteria, and facilitate deployment activities to achieve Bronze, Silver, and Gold Certification, ensuring deployment plans remain on track. /li liApply MoE learning resources and standards supported by the Business Excellence Group to implement methods, deliver training, and leverage best practices. /li liProvide coaching to guide teams through their maturity progression. /li liEscalate significant deployment gaps or issues where necessary. /li liFacilitate MoE-related communication and change management activities, enabling site leadership to embed and sustain the MoE culture while recognizing and celebrating successes. /li liServe as a role model for MoE behaviours. /li liDeliver learning activities (training and hands-on application) to build MoE knowledge and capability across teams. /li liLead MoE calibration assessments across all cells/areas of the site, promoting consistency and knowledge sharing. /li liCapture and document lessons learned, both successes and challenges, benchmark data, and share opportunities with the Director of Business Excellence. /li /ul h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul liCertified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Expert, or equivalent /li liDegree-qualified in Engineering or Business, or demonstrable experience in change management and continuous improvement. /li liMinimum 3–5 years of experience leading Lean/Continuous Improvement activities and deploying Lean transformations. /li liProven expertise in Lean deployment tools and methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping, Daily Management, Kaizen Systems, 5S, Lean Leadership, and Standard Work. /li liDemonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. /li liExcellent training and facilitation skills passion for Continuous Improvement. /li liProven people management skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams and adapt communication to varied audiences. /li liAdvanced problem-solving skills. /li liStrong organizational and planning skills with a proven track record of executing against Operational related performance metrics (safety, delivery, quality, cost, people development, and culture). /li liExcellent influencing, coaching, and communication abilities across all organizational levels. /li liSkills in conflict resolution, presenting, and critical thinking. /li liHands-on, structured, and logical working style. /li liStrong customer focus with the ability to challenge constructively, drive results, and deliver value. /li liProficiency in English with a secondary language a benefit /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pAs a part of our Employees First culture, we offer opportunities to grow within a dynamic environment that values flexibility and your well-being.
