We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. This individual will provide vital administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth communication between team members and clients. Key Responsibilities: - Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling for key team members - Provide translation services (written and verbal) between English and Spanish as needed - Handle client inquiries, ensuring a timely and professional response - Maintain databases and manage CRM systems - Conduct research on behalf of team members and clients - Support project management by organizing tasks, timelines, and deliverables - Coordinate virtual meetings and take detailed notes/minutes - Assist with social media management and content creation in both languages Qualifications: - Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is mandatory - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role - Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion What We Offer: - Flexible working hours with a fully remote setup - The opportunity to make a real impact by supporting meaningful causes - Competitive pay based on experience and skill level - A dynamic and inclusive work environment with a global team If you're passionate about nonprofit work and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you!
