What your tasks are: Lead the creation and execution of high-quality visual assets across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency with our Corporate Identity and Brand Identity. Develop compelling graphics for our website, sales materials, presentations, social media, and digital campaigns. Produce engaging motion graphics and animated explainer videos that simplify complex products, technologies, and business processes for different target audiences. Create, edit, and optimize videos and photography for marketing, sales, employer branding, and corporate communications. Translate complex products, technologies, and business concepts into compelling visual communication across digital, print, presentations, and multimedia formats. Own and continuously evolve our Corporate Identity and Brand Identity, ensuring a consistent and recognizable visual language across all channels and touchpoints. Serve as the primary point of contact for all Corporate Identity and Brand Identity topics, providing creative direction and ensuring brand consistency throughout the organization. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve brand guidelines, design systems, and visual standards, ensuring their consistent application across all marketing, sales, and corporate communications. Identify opportunities to strengthen and modernize our visual brand presence while delivering a seamless brand experience across all customer touchpoints. Take ownership of the design and continuous improvement of high-impact PowerPoint presentations and sales decks, serving as the company's PowerPoint expert. Manage creative projects from concept to delivery by coordinating closely with internal subject matter experts and stakeholders to produce high-quality marketing and sales assets. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and external partners to ensure the timely execution of creative initiatives. Be an integral part of our seven-person Marketing team, contributing ideas, sharing knowledge, and working together to achieve outstanding results. Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, events, and new communication formats while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Ensure all creative deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and brand excellence. What experience you should have: 5+ years of professional experience as a Brand Designer, Graphic Designer, or in a similar creative role. An outstanding portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, motion graphics, presentations, and content creation. Proven experience in developing, managing, and evolving Corporate Identity and Brand Identity. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Excellent PowerPoint skills with the ability to create visually compelling presentations and sales materials. Strong experience in motion design, animated explainer videos, video editing, photo editing, and digital content production. A deep understanding of brand identity, visual storytelling, typography, animation, and modern design principles. The ability to simplify and communicate complex information through compelling visual design. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple creative projects simultaneously. A proactive, hands-on mindset with a high level of ownership and attention to detail. A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A true team player who enjoys contributing to a collaborative, high-performing Marketing team. Excellent written and spoken English is required. Very good German skills are a strong advantage.
