Job Summary We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Central FP&A team in Mallorca within the Finance Department. In this role, you’ll be a key partner to the business, driving financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and helping shape the future performance of our diverse and growing organization. Job Description As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a central role in analyzing financial performance across multiple business units and identifying opportunities for improvement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior management, providing clarity, structure, and actionable insights. Job Responsibilities • Conducting deviation and profitability analysis across business units, channels, and customers to identify improvement opportunities., • Developing and preparing Business Unit budgets and forecasts., • Highlighting under- and over-performance, understanding root causes, recommending solutions, and evaluating future financial impact., • Preparing key presentations and analysis to support Top Management and Board-level discussions., • Building financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and delivering analytical support to strategic initiatives. Skillset & Experience Required We know great talent can come from a variety of backgrounds.
