At Gronda, were building the worlds go-to platform for professional chefs and food obsessives and our social media is a big part of how we do it. With 2.5 million app users and 1.5 million Instagram followers, were already in the game. But honestly? Were just getting started. Were on a mission to hit 10 million followers and cement Gronda as the defining voice in culinary culture. To get there, we need someone who doesnt just understand social media but who lives it. Your role As our Social Media Specialist, you own the channels. All of them. Youll be the creative brain and executing force behind our content — building real connections with professional chefs, home cooks, and food lovers around the world. This isnt a post three times a week and write a report kind of job. We want bold ideas, fast execution, and content that actually makes people stop scrolling. What youll be doing • Own the strategy - develop and drive a social media strategy that grows our brand and deepens engagement across all platforms, • Create content that hits - shoot, edit, and curate videos and visuals that feel native to each platform (Reels, TikTok, Stories... you name it), • Be in the comments - actively engage with our community, respond to feedback, and keep the conversation going, • Know your numbers - track KPIs, report on performance, and use data to constantly sharpen your approach, • Stay ahead of the curve - youre always the first to know about a new trend, format, or algorithm change What you bring • Some real-world experience in social media (your own channels, agency for chefs or chefs directly - we care about what youve built, not just where you worked), • A real passion for the culinary world - our audience is chefs and food lovers, and you need to get what makes them tick, • Solid skills in video production and editing for social, • A genuine feel for audiences - you know how to research, understand, and speak to different communities, • Fluency in social media KPIs and what they actually mean for growth, • A creative eye and an analytical brain - you make great content and you know why it works 📍 Location: Remote in the EU or in our office in Innsbruck or Barcelona ⏲️ Working hours: Full-time 💵 Salary: Min. €45,000 (overpay based on skills) 💡Other benefits: Tech and learning budget, two team off-sites a year etc.
