The Role This is a senior, hands-on role combining: • Day-to-day football delivery, • Programme setup and coordination, • Lead and deliver daily training sessions, • Implement a clear football philosophy and standards, • Manage player development and performance, • Support the setup of training facilities and schedules, • Liaise with local service providers (facilities, gyms, staff), • Help identify suitable football environments for competition, • Act as a point of contact with local football stakeholders, • Assist with navigating local systems and processes, • Based in Spain (or relocating imminently), • Coaching experience in Spain (academy, semi-pro, or equivalent), • Strong understanding of Spanish football culture and systems, • Comfortable working independently, • Organised, proactive, and reliable, • UEFA B coaching qualification, • Experience with international players, • Experience helping set up or run football programmes, • Understanding of facilities, scheduling, and local logistics
