The Role We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven systems at Spoki. In this role, you will be at the cutting edge of innovation, creating intelligent solutions that harness WhatsApp as the main channel for hyper-personalized communications, sentiment analysis, conversational flows, and automated decision-making. Key Responsibilities Adopt & Develop AI Solutions Evaluate and implement the most suitable AI platforms and tools to support Conversational Commerce needs, prioritizing cost-effectiveness, scalability, and fast deployment. AI Agents & Intent Recognition Build and deploy advanced AI-driven agents to accurately detect user intent, manage conversational flows, and deliver personalized responses across text, audio, and image. Sentiment Analysis & Dynamic Flows Combine real-time sentiment analysis with adaptive flows to personalize interactions, increasing customer satisfaction and conversion rates. Conversational Commerce (cCommerce) recommendations, and streamlined customer journeys. Collaboration & Integrations Work closely with product, design, and development teams to ensure AI systems integrate seamlessly with existing platforms. Innovation Leadership Stay ahead of industry trends, drive the AI strategy, and champion a lean, experimentation-driven approach, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Scale, scale, scale. Ensure AI systems are secure (EU regulations), efficient, and scalable, capable of managing high traffic volumes while remaining cost-optimized. Startup Mentality Proactive, lean, and passionate about emerging technologies. Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in AI software development, with a strong record of delivering impactful solutions. Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Firestore, DynamoDB, …) Expertise in Vector Databases (e.g., Milvus, FAISS) Programming Languages: Proficient in Python, Golang (nice-to-have) AI & LLM: Prompt Engineering (instruction tuning, chain-of-thought design, multi-shot prompts) Fine-Tuning Techniques (nice-to-have) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture design Real-time sentiment analysis and automated flow adaptation Architecture & System Design: Event-Driven and Distributed Systems Microservices and Scalable Architectures Asynchronous Processing and Real-Time Data Handling Frameworks & Tools: AI & LLM Frameworks: MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, Agent tracing frameworks Web Frameworks: FastAPI, Django ORM & Testing: SQLAlchemy, Pytest Cloud: Docker, AWS, GCP(VertexAI),nice to have k8s Task Queues & Event-Driven Systems: Celery, Dramatiq, AWS SQS, Redis Other Tools: transcription services, image data extraction What We Offer Be the lead AI innovator in a company set for global growth.
