Snapshot of What We're Looking For We're hiring a high-potential Logistics Intern to join our Supply Chain team in Madrid. This is an operational and analytical role with strong exposure to real business impact. You will work in a structured, performance-driven environment where service level, efficiency and accuracy truly matter. We're looking for candidates currently pursuing a Master's degree (Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics or similar), with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and genuine interest in logistics and end-to-end supply chain operations. You'll gain hands-on experience in inventory management, service level tracking, transport coordination and operational KPI analysis. The objective is clear: start as an intern and, after completing the internship period, continue with a traineeship contract. Core responsibilities • Support daily logistics and supply chain operations., • Monitor service levels, OTIF (On Time In Full) and delivery performance., • Analyze stock levels and inventory accuracy to prevent shortages or overstock., • Track inbound and outbound flows with warehouses and transport providers., • Build and maintain operational dashboards (Excel / Power BI)., • Identify inefficiencies and propose data-based improvements., • Support S&OP processes with structured reporting., • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Finance and external logistics partners., • Currently pursuing a Master's degree and able to sign an internship agreement., • Strong interest in logistics, supply chain and operations., • Fluent English (international working environment)., • Advanced Excel (you can analyze, structure and interpret data independently)., • High attention to detail and structured thinking., • Knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools., • Exposure to ERP systems (SAP or similar)., • Previous internship or academic project in logistics or operations., • Analytical mindset with operational focus., • Ability to detect problems early and escalate proactively., • Ownership and accountability., • Process-oriented thinking., • Clear communication and coordination skills. Paid internship: 900€ gross/month. Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00–17:00 Friday 8:00–15:00 2 days remote work per week.
