Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement personalized fitness plans based on client assessments and goals., • Conduct virtual training sessions to demonstrate exercises and provide real-time feedback., • Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjust programs as needed., • Educate clients on proper nutrition, recovery techniques, and lifestyle adjustments., • Maintain detailed records of client sessions, progress, and feedback.
