Experteer Overview In this role you will support the Systems u0026amp; Automation Engineering group to design, integrate, and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment for our zero-emission diamond wafer factory. You will work closely with automation, controls, and production teams to drive equipment reliability and process optimization at scale. The role focuses on bridging mechanical design with factory automation and industrial systems to enable continuous improvement. You will contribute to meaningful, high-tech manufacturing challenges in a fast-paced, international environment. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Support design, integration, and deployment of advanced manufacturing equipment and electro-mechanical hardware • Diagnose and resolve complex production-line issues to improve uptime and efficiency • Plan and execute equipment upgrade projects and update layouts using CAD (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) • Serve as a technical liaison between automation, maintenance, and external vendors • Create and update SOPs, maintenance plans, and technical documentation for reliability and standardized handling of equipment Responsabilidades • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline • 3 to 5 years of versatile engineering experience in high-tech manufacturing, automated assembly lines, or similar environments • Familiarity with industrial automation components, low-voltage electrical installations, control systems, or pneumatic equipment • Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD or SolidWorks) for layouts and schematics • Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication in a fast-paced, international team Requisitos principales • health insurance • flexible spending accounts • retirement savings plans • life and disability insurance • paid time off • unpaid time away from work
