We’re hiring an Operations & Client Success Associate in Ibiza Benfet is looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations & Client Success Associate to help run the operational engine of our company. This role sits at the centre of everything we do — coordinating projects, supporting clients, managing suppliers, and ensuring our operations run smoothly day-to-day. You’ll work closely with the founding team and play a key role in delivering the high standards our clients expect. About Benfet Benfet designs, installs and maintains advanced water, plumbing and renewable energy systems for properties in Ibiza. Our mantra: “Feina ben feta, ben feta queda.” Work well done, stays well done. The role This is a generalist operations role where no two days are the same. You will move between coordination, client communication, problem-solving and administrative work — helping ensure everything runs efficiently. Typical responsibilities include: • Coordinating the work schedule for the team, • Communicating with clients and providing updates, • Supporting or leading on-site meetings when needed, • Handling inbound leads and service requests, • Liaising with partners and suppliers, • Managing invoicing and tracking payments, • Preparing documentation for the accounting firm, • Improving internal systems and processes We’re looking for someone who • Is highly organised and detail-oriented, • Takes initiative and ownership, • Communicates clearly and confidently with clients, • Is comfortable using technology and learning new tools, • Enjoys improving systems and processes, • Maintains high standards for quality and execution Requirements • Professional fluency in Spanish and English, • Catalan is a plus, • Relevant experience in operations, coordination or a similar role, • University degree, • Based in Ibiza or willing to relocate, • Driving licence What we offer • Competitive salary based on experience and skills, • Private health insurance (including dental), • 25 days holiday, • Additional days for personal administration, • Option for 2 days remote work per week, • Office located 2 minutes from the sea, • Specialty coffee in the office ☕, • Breakfast on Fridays, • A friendly, dynamic and high-performing team environment, • Opportunity to work closely with the founding team If this sounds interesting, send us your CV and a short introduction .
