For more information, visit /p h3Our Opening and Your Responsibilities /h3 pThe Communication and Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role within the Global Service team by supporting internal communication and ensuring efficient administrative operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage communication between management, employees, and Global Service stakeholders while focusing heavily on event planning and coordination. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liDevelop, coordinate, and implement internal communication plans to enhance collaboration and information flow in the Service business. /li liDraft, edit, and distribute internal communications such as newsletters and emails. /li liManage and update the Global Service SharePoint to ensure all relevant information is current and accessible. /li liServe as a point of contact for all Service stakeholders. /li liPlan and manage a variety of events such as seminars, global meetings in the service community, kick‑off events, Service council and Service Excellence circle meetings, Service manager calls, etc. /li liPrepare agendas and follow up on action items. /li liAssist with various administrative tasks such as report preparation, document management, and correspondence. /li /ul pThis role operates within Global Service in an office setting in Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona to strengthen our local presence. It requires frequent online interaction with teams across North America, Latin America, and Asia‑Pacific. European time zone and flexible working hours are a must.
