🚀 Looking for a dynamic and experienced TECHNICAL EVENT PRODUCTION MANAGER 🎥🎤 to join our Super SmartWorks Team in Málaga. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technical production solutions for a wide range of corporate events, from executive meetings and product launches to large-scale international conferences. This role requires strong technical production knowledge, supplier management skills, and the ability to ensure flawless event execution from concept to delivery. We need someone to be in charge of: ✅ Manage all technical production aspects of event delivery, including audiovisuals, sound, lighting, video, LED screens, live streaming, staging, interpretation systems, power requirements, and venue technical infrastructure. ✅ Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with technical production suppliers and partners worldwide, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and service excellence. ✅ Prepare and manage technical production budgets, quotations, technical proposals, and production schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. ✅ Coordinate technical requirements with clients, venues, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee seamless event execution. ✅ Review floorplans, technical drawings, production schedules, and run-of-show documents to ensure all technical requirements are properly implemented. ✅ Lead onsite technical production operations, including setup, rehearsals, live event delivery, troubleshooting, and dismantling. ✅ Provide real-time problem solving and decision-making during events, ensuring the highest standards of production quality. ✅ Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, and project teams throughout the entire event lifecycle. ✅ Prepare post-event reports, supplier evaluations, and recommendations for future improvements. Qualifications: ✅ Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in technical event production, audiovisual production, event operations, or production management within an agency, production company, or corporate events environment. ✅ Strong understanding of event production technologies including sound, lighting, video, LED, hybrid events, live streaming, conference technology, and venue technical operations. ✅ Experience managing technical suppliers, production crews, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously. ✅ Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. ✅ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines. ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ✅ Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to collective success. ✅ Fluent in English (essential). ✅ Spanish is highly valued. ✅ Willing to travel. 📍 IMMEDIATE START – FULL-TIME POSITION BASED IN OUR MÁLAGA OFFICE.
