Role Description The Junior Clinical Research Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Madrid. This position supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical studies for medical devices in accordance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits; maintaining accurate study documentation; and supporting communication between clinical sites, sponsors, and internal teams. The role also involves reviewing source documents and case report forms, tracking study progress and timelines, and helping to identify and resolve site-related issues. The Junior CRA collaborates with senior team members to ensure protocol adherence, data quality, and patient safety while gaining experience in clinical operations. Qualifications • Clinical research experience between 0-2 years., • Understanding of Good Clinical Practices and ISO 14155., • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or a related field., • Proficiency in English., • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines., • Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams., • Willingness to learn, adapt, and develop within a fast-paced, regulated environment; prior internship or entry-level experience in clinical research is a plus.
