Actualmente buscamos incorporar a un/a Health & Safety Manager (SPM) para liderar nuestro equipo de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales en España, dando cobertura a los centros de la región Centro, Aragón, Cataluña, León y Arteixo. ¿Qué harás en tu día a día? Tus funciones ●Coordinar las acciones necesarias para implementar los estándares de H&S de Bleckmann en España. ●Facilitar el cumplimiento de la normativa de prevención de riesgos laborales (PRL) aplicable. ●Gestionar diversos proyectos de H&S a nivel nacional (España) y global, reportando el desempeño de H&S en España y el estado de los programas a la Dirección Global de H&S. ●Liderar la investigación de incidentes y coordinar su seguimiento. ●Facilitar la formación necesaria para garantizar un conocimiento adecuado de los riesgos y sus controles. ●Inspeccionar regularmente los centros de trabajo en España para asegurar que los controles estén implementados y sean efectivos. ●Actuar como representante de Bleckmann en todos los asuntos de H&S en España. ●Liderar y desarrollar a tu equipo (6 personas a cargo), asegurando los recursos necesarios para el buen funcionamiento del área y programas corporativos. ●Facilities: estableciendo un nivel razonable de garantía sobre la correcta puesta en marcha y el mantenimiento de los equipos de trabajo. ¿Qué necesitamos de ti? ●Formación: Grado Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales muy recomendable, además de Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (3 especialidades). ●Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años como Health & Safety Manager; se valora experiencia en el sector industrial y trayectoria demostrada en el diseño, planificación y ejecución de programas de H&S. ●Idiomas: Inglés (Avanzado/Bilingüe) imprescindible (comunicación y reporte diario con equipo internacional). ●Conocimientos técnicos en legislación y normativa de H&S; formación específica relacionada con calidad; conocimiento de normas ISO; se valoran certificaciones sectoriales. ●Usuario/a avanzado/a de MS Office, RED y Delt@. ●Disponibilidad para viajar entre nuestros centros.
