We are remote-first, ambitious, and driven by ownership, creativity, and collaboration. 🎨 ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer with a strong eye for storytelling, brand consistency, and motion. You will create impactful visual assets across marketing, product, and sales, helping shape and elevate Acoru’s visual identity across all channels. 🧩 WHAT YOULL DO • Design high-quality visuals for web, social media, presentations, and campaigns, • Create motion graphics, animations, and video content, • Edit and produce video content for digital channels, • Develop layouts for reports, documents, and communication materials, • Manage and design assets within HubSpot CMS (landing pages, blogs, forms), • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams, • Maintain and evolve the brand identity system, • Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear visual narratives, • Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail ✅ WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR • 5+ years of experience in Visual / Graphic / Motion Design, • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), • Strong experience in motion graphics and animation (3D is a plus), • Solid understanding of brand systems and visual consistency, • Experience with HubSpot CMS (webpages, emails, landing pages), • Experience using Generative AI tools for visual creation, • Familiarity with Figma, Canva or similar tools, • Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus), • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment 🌟 WHY JOIN US • Shape the integration backbone of Europes leading proactive fraud prevention platform, • Work on technically challenging problems at scale, with direct customer impact, • Join a tight-knit, ambitious team that values ownership and velocity, • Remote-first culture with flexibility and autonomy, • Quarterly in-person team event across our global workforce, • Competitive compensation and benefits
