Overview As Principal Product Manager for Payment Orchestration and Connectivity, you will shape the end-to-end routing and connectivity of Flywire's payments platform. You’ll define a three-year vision for an integrated, scalable system spanning pay-ins and payouts, influencing multiple product teams and senior stakeholders. You’ll translate complex payment economics into a clear platform roadmap and guide investments to maximize customer and commercial impact. This role blends business strategy with technical architecture to deliver reliable, value-driving payment experiences at scale. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), • Wellbeing Programs (Mental Health, Wellness, Yoga/Pilates/HIIT), • FlyBetter Days for volunteering, • Work From Home Stipend, • Digital Disconnect Days, • Talent & Development Programs Responsabilidades, • Own and communicate the routing and orchestration roadmap, aligning cross-domain dependencies across acceptance, pricing, onboarding, risk and payouts., • Develop smart routing to improve authorization rates, reliability, and economics of processing., • Shape global connectivity across processors, acquirers, card networks and banks, including ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments and regional rails., • Define normalised APIs and consistent lifecycle states for card and bank payments within the platform., • Extend orchestration capabilities across pay-ins and payouts over time., • Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Risk, Treasury, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver a resilient, scalable payments platform. Requisitos principales, • Senior, hands-on product leader with proven experience building payment processing, orchestration, routing or gateway platforms at scale, • Deep end-to-end money movement knowledge including acceptance, settlement, refunds, returns, reconciliation and payouts, • Proven integration experience with processors, acquirers, card networks, banks and alternative providers, • Strong knowledge of card payments and bank rails (ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments, wires, real-time networks), • Platform thinking with the ability to convert fragmented provider/rail capabilities into reusable products, • Metrics-driven with data experimentation and intelligent decisioning to improve payment performance, • Ability to set strategy and drive execution across multiple teams without direct authority, • Professional fluency in English; valid authorisation to work in Spain, • cross-functional collaboration, • stakeholder influence, • strategic thinking, • payment processing, • orchestration and routing, • provider connectivity
