Your Responsibilities Assisting with the administrative management of our vehicle rentals. Providing customer support and advice, both in person and via phone/email. Promoting and selling our services and activities to potential customers. Managing and maintaining our reservation systems efficiently. Handling general administrative tasks and offering organizational support. Your Profile Minimum requirement: A good level of English (spoken and written). Knowledge of German and Spanish is a plus. A friendly and professional attitude in customer interactions. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Interest in the tourism sector and vehicle rentals, with a passion for delivering great experiences. Desde CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS precisamos incorporar un/a COCINERO/A para nuestro hotel CATALONIA LAS VEGAS ubicado en Puerto de la Cruz (Tenerife). TAREAS PRINCIPALES: • Colaboración con el jefe de cocina y realización de forma adecuada de los procesos de recepción de materias primas, almacenaje, descongelación, control de temperaturas, manipulación y limpieza y desinfección. En ausencia del jefe de cocina supervisión de las tareas anteriores. • Elaboración de platos. • Realización de las limpiezas periódicas establecidas en el plan elaborado. • Manipulación de alimentos en cumplimiento de la normativa vigente. • Revisar y controlar el material de uso en la cocina, comunicando cualquier incidencia al respecto. • Colaborar en la planificación de menús y cartas. • Colaborar en la gestión de costes e inventarios, así como en las compras. • Controlar y cuidar de la conservación y aprovechamiento de los productos puestos a su disposición. REQUISITOS: • Experiencia de 2 años en posición similar (buffet partida calientes y fríos). • Estudios en cocina/hostelería. • Proactividad, dinamismo. • Actitud positiva, trabajo en equipo, Iniciativa, orientación a resultados. · Residir en la isla de Tenerife.
