🇮🇹 YOUR MISSION Reporting directly to the Spain F&B Manager, you'll be the operational brain helping both existing and brand-new restaurants hit peak performance. • Logistics & Operations: Keep the machinery running smoothly. You'll ensure on-time deliveries, master stock management to eliminate stockouts, and build the logistical playbook for exciting new restaurant openings., • Smart Procurement: Support daily buying needs across food, beverage, and non-food items (crockery, glassware, cutlery). Keep our supplier databases and pricing airtight., • Menu Engineering & Analytics: Help roll out new seasonal menus, audit recipes, optimize F&B costs, and analyze performance data to spot clever ways we can improve profit margins. 🎯 WHO YOU ARE • Background: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Hospitality, or F&B Management., • Data-Minded: You have a passion for food, an analytical brain, and solid Excel skills., • Language Savvy: Fluent in Spanish and English (Italian or French is a huge cherry on top)., • Attitude: Proactive, resilient, organized, and excited to roll up your sleeves in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. 🌟 WHAT WE OFFER • Real Growth: A 6-month internship with a very real track to a Permanent Contract., • Schedule: Full-time (40h/week)., • Start Date: September 2026., • Requirement: Must be able to sign an internship agreement (Convenio universitario).
