Novaya Iberia, a European leader in natural and sustainable latex products for the sleep industry, is looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for someone to join our upholstery division (Symphony & Ter Molts) in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Southern European market (Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece). If you’re passionate about business development, relationship management, and driving brand presence across international markets, we’d love to meet you • Managing and growing a portfolio of clients across Iberia, Italy and Greece., • Planning and executing commercial strategies to expand market presence and strengthen the brand., • Conducting regular customer visits and representing the company at international trade fairs and events., • Acting as a key link between the market and internal teams in Spain and Belgium, • Monitoring sales results, identifying market trends, and adjusting strategies accordingly., • Working closely with the European Sales Director to define objectives and support the overall commercial vision., • Work closely together with the local agents in Italy and Greece What we offer • A stable role within a forwardthinking, innovationdriven international company., • Salary will be negotiated based on experience., • Attractive benefits including private health insurance and a company vehicle (Tesla) with charging card., • The chance to join a global group. What we’re looking for • At least 8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with sales experience in textiles or fabrics (though other sectors will also be considered)., • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; knowledge of Italian or French is a plus., • A university degree in business, marketing, or similar fields is valued but not required., • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills., • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time and to work onsite in La Almunia. #J-18808-Ljbffr
