Join Our Team | Retail & Showroom Assistant Part-Time | €800/month Monday–Friday | 10:00–14:00 Weekend flexibility is appreciated for occasional events or busy periods. At Karina Karlsen Home & Deco, we believe a beautiful home begins with thoughtful design and genuine human connection. We are looking for a warm, proactive, and design-minded individual to join our boutique showroom. As a small, family-run business, you'll work closely with the owner and become an important part of our day-to-day operations. This is a role for someone who enjoys helping people, has an eye for interiors, and takes pride in creating an exceptional customer experience. Your Responsibilities • Welcome and assist customers in the showroom., • Offer product advice and help clients find pieces that suit their home and lifestyle., • Maintain the showroom's appearance, styling, and presentation., • Assist with stock organisation and daily store operations., • Help prepare the showroom for new collections and seasonal displays., • Support with administrative tasks when needed. We're Looking For Someone Who • Is friendly, proactive, and reliable., • Speaks Spanish and English fluently (additional languages are a plus)., • Has a passion for interior design, home décor, or furniture., • Has an eye for detail and enjoys creating beautiful spaces., • Feels comfortable working closely with customers., • Works well independently and takes initiative. Bonus Skills These aren't essential, but we'd love if you have experience with: • Retail or showroom sales, • Interior styling or home décor, • Social media and content creation, • Visual merchandising, • Interior design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Planner 5D, etc.) If you love beautiful interiors, enjoy working with people, and would like to grow within a boutique furniture and décor showroom, we'd love to hear from you.
