Marine NanoTech is looking for a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to support our team in Palma de Mallorca. This is a dynamic role within a fast-paced company operating in the international yachting industry. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and with perfect English. Responsibilities include : • Provide administrative and personal support to management, • Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments, • Handle emails, calls, and general correspondence in perfect English, • Organize documents, reports, and internal communications, • Support day-to-day office operations and coordination between teams, • Assist with operational and organizational tasks as needed Requirements : • Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory), • Experienced with online tools and systems, • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, • Professional, well-spoken, and confident communicator, • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset, • Previous administrative or assistant experience is a plus, • Office Based in Mallorca or able to relocate Salary: • €1,500 gross per month
