We are looking for an strategic and hands-on HR Manager to support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities, and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. Responsibilities • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy., • Recruitment & Onboarding: Direct the full hiring lifecycle, from workforce planning and job postings to interviews and smooth new-hire integration., • Employee Relations: Serve as a mediator for conflict resolution, handle disciplinary actions, and foster a positive, productive work environment., • Compliance & Risk: Ensure company policies adhere to local, regional, and federal labor laws and regulations., • Talent & Performance Management: Coordinate performance appraisal systems, identify training needs, and build employee development programs., • Compensation & Benefits: Manage salary benchmarking, benefits enrollment, and payroll structures to attract and retain top talent., • HR Analytics: Monitor KPIs (e.g., turnover rates, employee satisfaction) to provide data-driven insights to leadership. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field., • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR, with managerial or leadership duties., • Strong ability to improve and implement HR processes., • Exceptional conflict resolution, strategic thinking, negotiation, and in-depth knowledge of employment law., • Good level of English.
