Role: Product Designer The Product Designer is the design driver of the Pixelz platform. Your role is to translate complex workflows, customer needs, and product strategy into experiences that feel intuitive, fast, and worth using. You will work across the full platform, from order management and quality review to AI-powered tools and new creative workflows like Digital Twins. You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineering, make independent design decisions, and own the quality of what ships. You bring both the craft and the judgment. What You Will Do Own the end-to-end design process: research, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final visual design Work directly with Product Managers to shape features from problem definition to shipped experience Run qualitative and quantitative research to surface real user needs and validate design decisions Translate data and customer insights into design improvements that reduce friction and improve outcomes Design for a platform used by studio professionals and brand teams — people who care about efficiency, control, and reliability as much as aesthetics Contribute to and maintain a coherent design system that scales across product surfaces Use AI-assisted design tools to move faster and explore more — including Figma Make, AI-powered prototyping, generative UI exploration, and prompt-driven design workflows Stay current on how AI is changing both the products we build and the tools we use to build them What You Bring Proven experience across the full design process: research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing Strong ability to work autonomously, prioritize across multiple projects, and make clear design decisions without waiting for consensus Solid understanding of agile development and how to work effectively with engineering Experience designing for fashion eCommerce, photography xiphteb workflows, or complex B2B platforms Hands-on experience with AI design tools — Figma Make, AI-assisted prototyping, or similar — and genuine curiosity about how they are changing the craft The ability to communicate complex ideas simply and adapt your message depending on whether you are talking to a designer, a PM, or a client Excellent written and spoken English Why Pixelz Take a lead role in shaping the UX of a platform that is redefining how brands produce content at scale Work at the intersection of AI, creative production, and enterprise software — with global fashion and eCommerce leaders as clients Your design decisions will have real impact on daily workflows used by professionals across the world Help define a product experience that keeps pace with a fast-moving AI-driven industry
