We are seeking a Claims Handler to join our insurance team and assist in providing excellent service to our clients. You will act as a point of contact for customers submitting insurance claims, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong customer service skills, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. If you are organised, proactive, and enjoy working as part of a small team, we would like to hear from you. Ultimately, you should be able to manage claims effectively, communicate clearly with clients, and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: -Process and assess insurance claims via email, telephone, or online systems -Contact clients to obtain missing information or clarify claim details -Maintain and update client and claim records accurately -Prepare and submit reports on claim status and outcomes -Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues or gather necessary information -Provide timely feedback and updates to clients regarding their claims Requirements: -Excellent organisational and multitasking skills -Strong attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines -A team player with a high level of dedication to customer service Languages: English (native or bilingual) Spanish (native or bilingual)
