Key Responsibilities Planning & Scheduling • Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, • Define WBS, critical paths, and key milestones in coordination with project teams, • Track actual progress against baseline, identify deviations, and propose recovery plans, • Review and integrate subcontractor schedules into the master plan Cost Control & Reporting • Support cost tracking and budget monitoring (EAC, ETC, variance analysis), • Prepare S-curves, progress reports, and dashboards for management review, • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of Variation Orders and claims when needed Risk & Alert Management • Proactively identify schedule risks and bottlenecks, • Raise early warnings to Project Managers and suggest corrective actions, • Ensure timely communication of delays and their potential impact What We Are Looking For Must-have: • 3+ years of experience in project planning and/or cost control within EPC projects, • Solid knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project, • Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles, • Experience in the renewable energy sector (solar PV, wind, or BESS), • Strong Excel skills and reporting capabilities, • Fluent in Spanish and English (professional working level), • Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid Nice-to-have: • Experience with BESS projects, • Knowledge of grid connection processes, • Familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools, • Experience working with subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams Profile We are looking for someone who: • Is proactive and detail-oriented, • Communicates clearly and is not afraid to raise difficult issues, • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment, • Is comfortable working independently without a large support team, • Takes ownership of schedules and cost follow-up from start to finish What We Offer • Opportunity to work on large-scale renewable energy projects in Spain and internationally, • A flat organizational structure where your work has direct impact, • Competitive salary based on experience
