About the Company We are looking for a Product Growth Manager obsessed with scaling products through data-driven experimentation, rapid iteration, and an AI-first mindset. About the Role You will own the product growth loop across acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral, working hand-in-hand with our Growth Data Analyst and Head of Growth. If you thrive in high-intensity environments, can navigate both Growth Hacking creativity and deep Product Growth metrics, and have a passion for conversational AI and semantic AI systems, we want to talk to you. Responsibilities • Define and execute growth strategies across the full funnel: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, monetization, and virality., • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using data analysis, user research, and experimentation frameworks., • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to implement AI-driven features that directly impact KPIs., • Work with our Growth Data Analyst to design and run rapid A/B tests, measure impact, and iterate fast., • Partner with the Head of Growth to align product initiatives with broader company growth objectives., • Leverage semantic AI models and conversational AI to create personalized, high-impact user experiences in our productivity SaaS., • Develop and optimize onboarding, in-product education, and retention systems to maximize LTV and DAU/MAU ratios., • Benchmark competitors and continuously test innovative ideas to outperform the market. Key Product Growth Metrics You’ll Drive • Acquisition Cost (CAC), • Day 0 / Day 7 / Day 30 Retention Rates, • Activation Rate, • Average Revenue per User (ARPU), • Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), • Churn Reduction, • DAU/MAU ratio, • Referral & Virality Coefficient (K-Factor), • Feature Adoption Rate Qualifications • Mandatory: Based in Andorra (employment contract) OR willing to work as a contractor/self-employed in Spain or your country of residence., • Near-native or native English (C2 level). Required Skills • Proven Experience: Driving measurable product growth in SaaS, ideally in productivity tools or AI-powered platforms., • Hands-on in growth experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making., • Working with conversational AI or semantic AI systems. Preferred Skills • Strong Plus: Previous experience in a high-growth productivity SaaS company., • Background in scaling AI products from MVP to mass adoption.
