We believe that our unique combination of tech + data + people sets us apart. Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Finance Analyst Intern to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate with strong analytical skills, a curiosity for financial processes, and a desire to gain hands‑on experience in financial reporting and data analysis. The intern will support key financial activities, including month‑end balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls testing. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation of monthly reconciliations of central accruals, dashboards, and variance analyses., • Perform data analysis to identify excess or defects in accruals/provisions and identify improvement opportunities., • Support monitoring of compliance with internal financial controls and corporate policies., • Contribute to process documentation, standardisation, and internal control reviews., • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support financial operations and ad‑hoc analysis., • Support automation and simplification of reporting files using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or other analytics solutions. Qualifications • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field., • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills., • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)., • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines., • Knowledge of financial reporting, accounting fundamentals, or IFRS principles., • Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other analytics tools., • Previous internship or academic project in finance.
