Puesto de trabajo: Cocinero/a – Parc Cafè (Felanitx) Descripción general Como cocinero/a, formaras parte de un equipo con experiencia consolidada, enfocado en cocina casera, rápida y de calidad. Se valorará especialmente la capacidad de organización, eficiencia, limpieza y el compromiso con el proyecto y la constancia en la ejecución de los platos. Funciones principales Preparación, elaboración y presentación de los platos según la carta establecida. Gestión de la partida asignada (plancha, freidora, postres, etc.). Mantenimiento del orden y la limpieza del área de trabajo siguiendo los protocolos sanitarios Reposición de productos y control del stock (rotación, mermas, etiquetado). Colaboración en la planificación de pedidos y recepción de mercancías. Coordinación con ayudantes de cocina y camareros/as para asegurar un servicio ágil. Perfil requerido Experiencia previa como cocinero/a (mínimo 1–2 años. Conocimientos básicos de seguridad alimentaria. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y con alto volumen de comensales. Puntualidad, compromiso y capacidad de trabajo en equipo. Se valorará positivamente experiencia en cocina mallorquina o mediterránea. Condiciones laborales Jornada: completa (normalmente 40 horas semanales), con dos días de descanso. Horario: turnos de mediodia y noche, según temporada y necesidades del servicio. Contrato: indefinido o temporal con posibilidad de continuidad. Salario: según convenio de hostelería. Entorno laboral: ambiente familiar, ritmo dinámico y buen ambiente de trabajo.
