We are seeking a professional Telephone Operator / Receptionist for a Private villa in Marbella As we operate 24/7, flexibility and reliability are essential. Responsibilities: • Handle calls from VIP guests, • Manage reservations and guest inquiries, • Communicate with clients via phone and messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.), • Welcome and assist guests when required, • Provide polite, efficient, and discreet customer service Requirements: • Fluent English (and speaking and writing), • Fluent Spanish (speaking and writing), • Pleasant and professional voice, • Quick and efficient communication, both spoken and written, • Comfortable using messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.), • Ability to communicate clearly in multiple languages (speaking and texting), • Positive attitude, discretion, and strong attention to detail, • Experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality preferred What we value: We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys delivering excellent service.
