Job type: Employee. /p h3Job Purpose /h3 pThe Quality Technician plays a critical role in ensuring that all products and processes comply with Amcor’s quality standards and applicable industry regulations. Through rigorous testing, inspections, audits, and process control, the role ensures customer satisfaction, supports supplier quality, and drives continuous improvement. /p h3Job Dimensions Scope /h3 ul liSite AF Alzira: 300 FTEs, revenue €130 M /li liPart of a 19‑person local HR team. /li /ul h3Principal Accountabilities /h3 ul liInvestigate internal and external complaints, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate timely corrective actions. /li liContact with customers for quality reasons looking for better resolution and customer satisfaction (claims and improvements). /li liParticipate in regular meetings to discuss customer/production quality performance, address concerns, and align on expectations. /li liConduct internal audits to ensure compliance with Amcor standards and industry regulations. /li liMonitor and analyse process data to detect trends, prevent deviations, and ensure data‑driven decision making. /li /ul h3Qualifications / Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Food Safety and Quality, or related technical fields. /li li0–2 years of experience in a similar quality role in the process, packaging, or food industry. /li liAdvanced English (B2 level) – written and spoken. /li liUnderstanding of quality systems standards. /li liMicrosoft Office proficiency, especially Excel (intermediate/advanced). /li liExperience with or knowledge of SAP is a plus. /li liAbility to analyse quality data and apply statistical tools. /li liSkilled in preparing technical reports and quality documentation. /li /ul h3Other Important Information /h3 pIt is necessary to have your own vehicle, as AF Alzira is not served by public transport. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
