Your Role As an Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring reliable, efficient, and scalable day-to-day operations across our heating assets and customer portfolio. You act as the operational link between customers, service partners, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring that operational processes are executed effectively and continuously improved. You take ownership of key operational processes including asset administration, maintenance coordination, supplier and service partner management, operational procurement, and data quality. By establishing structured processes, maintaining accurate operational information, and driving continuous improvements, you help ensure high service quality and operational excellence as our business grows. In this role, you will work closely with Finance, Legal, Sales, Technical teams, and external partners to solve operational challenges, improve processes, and support the successful delivery of reliable heating solutions for our customers. Tasks and Responsibilities · Support customers with operational and administrative requests. · Coordinate customer maintenance requests and ensure efficient handling through internal and external teams, service partners, and suppliers. · Identify, onboard, and coordinate local service partners, fuel suppliers, and other operational vendors. · Manage operational resources and ensure availability of required materials and services. · Manage the onboarding of new customers and assets into operational processes. · Take ownership of operational master data and contribute to the development of scalable data structures and processes. · Support the implementation and continuous improvement of our ERP system (Odoo). Your Profile · 3+ Years of experience in operations, service management, asset management, project coordination, or a similar role. · Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. · Analytical mindset and ability to identify process improvements. · Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external partners. · Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational topics. · Experience with ERP systems, data management, or process improvement projects is a plus. · Excellent Excel skills. · Fluent German and English language skills.
