Experteer Overview In this role you drive the account strategy for ABB’s Service Robotics portfolio, focusing on share of wallet, profitability and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate sales activities, monitor projects and address customer challenges, shaping solutions for laboratories worldwide. You’ll contribute to market insight on price trends and competitive moves while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a fast-paced, innovation-driven opportunity to influence robotics solutions in labs and beyond. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Lead the development and execution of the account plan and growth actions • Understand key business drivers and translate risks and opportunities for ABB • Contribute to sales strategy with current and long-term plans for the customer • Set sales targets, monitor pricing, track competitors, and implement response strategies • Manage sales administration, support collections and project management when needed • Prepare offers with bid and proposal teams, ensuring technical and financial soundness Responsabilidades • Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, Engineering or equivalent • Experience in laboratory processes and/or laboratory equipment sales (5 years) • Experience in laboratory automation and robotics valued • Account management experience a plus • Willingness to travel up to 50% • Outgoing, goal-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills Requisitos principales •
