About the job · Able to courteously assign guests to tables suitable for the size of the group, and escort patrons to their seats. Able to adjust patron seating flow in such manner as to balance customers among the various service stations. Able to communicate with guest and clients to ensure reservations are properly recorded and all needs met. Able to present menus and wine lists and explanations for all special items listed. · Provide friendly, courteous and efficient service to all guests with making eye contact, smiling and maintaining proper posture. Able to coordinate with other supportive departments in order to ensure that snacks and beverages are prepared and served promptly. Able to help in the promotion of the Allure Club, during the days when the club is not operational. Reporting about the everyday business of the restaurant to the management and bring to their notice if any problem has arisen. Department: F&B service About you Able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace. Good communication skills, both verbal and written. About the job ¿Cuál será tu misión? We are Morning People, new all plant based specialty coffee place in Marbella center. We are looking for a barista to join our team until September. We work in the mornings from 9 to 14 and we need a energetic, friendly and likeable person to join us. We are flexible on the work schedulle and can offer a position for anywhere between 12 to 30 hours/week. We offer a flexible schedulle, good working hours and a wonderful team and work environment. Professional barista experience is a plus. If needed you will go through a barista bootcamp course to acquire necesary skills for specialty coffee making. Position is for July and August only. Mandatory good English and Spanish. Perfect position to combine with your studies, evening work or personal projects.
