DesignRush.com, a B2B Media Platform that drives brand discovery & growth, is seeking a B2B Social Media Growth Strategist with the vision and capability to increase our social following and traffic to our site from various social platforms. Primary responsibilities: • Produce engaging social content relevant to our target audience and our brand, • Substantially increase social media engagement and follower count, • Drive traffic to the site We offer GROWTH, job stability, and a work culture that enables our teammates to excel in their careers. Responsibilities • Create a social media strategy and calendar for various social platforms, • Develop and execute original ideas, scripts, and concepts end-to-end, • Craft all creatives, including messaging, design, and video, • Produce content focused on marketing and B2B topics to drive traffic and growth, • Utilize AI to generate content ideas and help with execution, • Collaborate with the marketing team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, • Build and engage a professional online community through impactful content, • Represent the brand consistently and professionally across all platforms, • Optimize YouTube performance through SEO, thumbnails, and high-retention content, • Use social trends (sounds, challenges, formats) to expand reach and visibility, • Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve results Requirements • 5+ years of experience creating content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, • Proven experience in B2B and/or media environments., • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills to produce engaging, on-brand content, • Proficient in social media tools, analytics, and video editing software, • Progressive thinker and avid user of AI, • Passionate about communication, creativity, and making an impact, • Able to work between 6 AM and 3 PM EST Recruitment Steps: • Apply via LinkedIn, • Complete a short questionnaire, • Submit answers and CV, • Interview with the Recruitment team, • Complete a technical test, • Interview with the Hiring Manager(s), • Receive feedback We kindly ask for your CV and all correspondence to be in English.
