Head of Audiovisual Production We are looking to immediately hire a versatile and creative Head of Audiovisual Production with strong experience in content creation and end-to-end project management. This role combines production leadership with hands-on involvement in content development, making it essential to the success of our audiovisual projects. 🗣️ Essential Requirements: Full fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). French is optional but highly valued. Proven experience producing commercials, branded content, documentaries, and digital formats. A strong background as a content creator, with an eye for visual storytelling. 📋 Key Responsibilities: Oversee all stages of production: pre-production, shooting, and post-production. Coordinate freelancers and technical teams, including hiring, logistics, and planning. Prepare technical scripts and shooting breakdowns, in collaboration with the creative and art departments. Actively contribute to the creative development and bring fresh, relevant ideas to each project. Step in to edit video content (Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut…) when needed. Ensure high production quality, timeline compliance, and smooth execution. Act as the key link between creative direction and production operations. 🧠 Candidate Profile: Minimum 4 years of experience as a Head of Production or similar role. Hands-on editing skills and familiarity with professional software tools. Hybrid mindset: both highly organized and creatively driven. Skilled in Movie Magic Budgeting, Notion, Frame.io, Excel, or similar tools. Flexible, solution-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
